Feasibility Study

For clients that don’t have the benefit of marketing team to research and identify the viability and justification for a new product launch, we can offer a feasibility study as the first stage of our process. This activity aims to identify the actual market opportunity for a product and the commercial factors such as price point, consumer reaction, market potential and main competitors that influence the direction a project will go in.

This is an important stage in the process of any new product development as it helps to form the DNA of the product and sets out the guidelines for the design and development stages that follow.
