Using the results of our research and investigation we will enter into a creative phase where we will use creative thinking techniques and tools such as mind maps to quickly generate multiple solutions to a given brief.
This step in the process is essential to give the project relevance and validate the core principles of the product. The TRIG Creative team take a user centred approach to design and where possible our designers gain first-hand experience of the problem to identify possible opportunities or design goals.
These ideas will be evaluated against set criteria to identify the strongest options and then worked up into considered concepts to illustrate to the client what options are available. These concepts may be supported by models and test rigs if a physical example helps to explain a particular idea.
